Terms and Conditions – BBRS Game Pakistan Betting Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bbrs game platform, including the website at bbrsgame.app, all associated services, betting markets, casino games, and any other features made available to registered users. By accessing bbrs game in any capacity, whether as a registered account holder or a visitor, you accept these Terms without reservation.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your bbrs game account balance. Voiding does not apply to bets that have already been settled correctly.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

• Cash-out decisions are final and cannot be reversed once executed.
• If you fail to cash out before the multiplier crashes, your stake for that round is lost. bbrs game is not responsible for losses resulting from delayed cash-out actions due to your internet connection or device performance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

bbrs game reserves the right to investigate any account it suspects of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account closure, without prior notice. The decision of bbrs game regarding prohibited conduct is final.

9. Account Suspension, Restriction, and Closure

bbrs game may restrict, suspend, or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Receipt of a chargeback notification from your payment provider.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion purposes.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than prohibited conduct or breach of Terms, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any pending verification is completed. 9.1 Account Closure at Your Request

10. Intellectual Property

If you do not agree with changes to these Terms, you may close your bbrs game account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bbrs game is licensed and operates. In the event of any dispute between you and bbrs game arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, the following procedure applies:

• Step 3 – Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved after the formal complaints process, escalation options via the applicable regulatory authority are available. Details are provided in the response to your formal complaint.

You agree not to pursue any class action or collective proceeding against bbrs game in connection with your use of the platform. Disputes must be raised individually.
